Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Scaling Sync AI, we are committed to delivering high-quality leads to help you grow as a Hardscaper. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations:


Refund Policy


All sales are final. Scaling Sync AI does not offer refunds for any payments made. Our team invests time, resources, and expertise into generating high-quality leads and executing campaigns, and as such, we do not provide refunds for services rendered.


Cancellation Policy


You may cancel your service at any time without penalties or long-term commitments. To cancel, simply provide written notice via email to [email protected] before your next billing cycle. Once canceled, you will not be charged for any future services, but past payments remain non-refundable.


Lead Credit Policy Below:

Incorrect Information: If an incorrect name, phone number, or address details are provided to the Client, the Client is eligible for a lead credit.

Already Working With a Hardscaper: If a lead confirms they are already working with another Hardscaper, the Client is eligible for a lead credit. The Client must provide the name of the Hardscaping Company.

Out of Area Lead: If the client receives a lead out of their service area. The Client is Eligible for a lead credit.

When Will Leads Be Credited? Leads Will Be Credited at the 1st week of every month

Will unresponsive leads be credited? No. However, our team will reengage them for you
